Affiliate Disclosure

Eagle Ops, LLC (“Eagle Ops,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) maintains an Ambassador Program through which independent individuals (“Ambassadors”) may refer prospective participants to The Joyful Excellence Playbook™. This disclosure describes the nature of that relationship in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission’s (“FTC”) guidelines on endorsements and testimonials.

1. Nature of the Ambassador Relationship

Ambassadors are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or representatives of Eagle Ops, LLC. When an Ambassador refers a prospective participant who subsequently enrolls in The Joyful Excellence Playbook™, the Ambassador may receive a commission. Ambassadors do not represent Eagle Ops, LLC in any official capacity and are not authorized to bind the company to any agreement or commitment.

2. Commission Structure

Ambassadors who refer enrolled participants may receive a commission of fifteen percent (15%) of the actual enrollment fee collected by Eagle Ops, LLC. Commissions are earned only upon full payment by the referred participant and are subject to the terms of the Affiliate Agreement between Eagle Ops, LLC and the Ambassador. No commission is earned on refunded or charged-back transactions.

3. Ambassador Obligations

Ambassadors are required by the terms of their Affiliate Agreement and by applicable law to disclose their referral relationship when recommending The Joyful Excellence Playbook™ in any context — including but not limited to personal communications, social media, email, and professional networks. An appropriate disclosure might read:

“I am an Ambassador for The Joyful Excellence Playbook™ and may receive a commission if you enroll through my referral.”

Eagle Ops, LLC does not authorize Ambassadors to make income claims, guarantees of results, or representations inconsistent with published program materials.

4. Eagle Ops Website and Content

Eagle Ops, LLC does not participate in third-party affiliate programs for products or services. The website at www.eagleops.pro does not contain affiliate links to external vendors. Any links to third-party services (such as scheduling or payment tools) are provided for functional convenience only and do not result in compensation to Eagle Ops, LLC.

5. Honest Representation

Eagle Ops, LLC is committed to honest, accurate, and non-manipulative communication in all program descriptions, marketing materials, and website content. We do not pay for placement, endorsements, or testimonials. Any participant testimonials shared in program materials reflect genuine individual experiences and are presented without compensation to the participant.
