The Joyful Excellence Playbook™ is a trademark of Eagle Ops, LLC. Use of this mark without written authorization is not permitted.

4. Program Enrollment and Client Agreements

Access to The Joyful Excellence Playbook™ requires execution of a separate Client Agreement and payment of applicable fees. These Terms of Use do not govern the enrollment relationship, which is addressed in the Client Agreement provided at the time of enrollment. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a Client Agreement, the Client Agreement governs.

5. Third-Party Links and Services

This website may contain links to third-party websites or reference third-party services (including payment processors and scheduling tools). Eagle Ops, LLC is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of any third-party website or service. Links do not constitute an endorsement.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
